Glass Bead Blasting

Bead blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by applying fine glass beads at a high pressure without damaging the surface. In removing paint for auto body work, bead blasting is preferred over sand blasting, as sand blasting tends to invite rust formation under re-painted surfaces.

Shot Blasting

In wheel blasting, a wheel uses centrifugal force to propel the abrasive against an object. It is typically categorized as an airless blasting operation because there is no propellant (gas or liquid) used. A wheel machine is a high-power, high-efficiency blasting operation with recyclable abrasive.

Soda Blasting

Soda blasting is a process in which sodium bicarbonate is applied against a surface using compressed air. An early use was to restore the Statue of Liberty in the 1980s. It is a very mild form of abrasive blasting, much milder than sandblasting.

Steel Grit Blasting

Abrasive grit blasting, or sand blast cleaning, is a surface treatment process widely used in a variety of different industries with many diverse purposes. Abrasive blasting is the process by which an abrasive media is accelerated through a blasting nozzle by means of compressed air.

Sand Blasting

Traditionally abrasive grit blasting has been considered a “low tech” process, generically called sand blasting. Today, however, abrasive blast cleaning is a vital process used not only to remove rust, but to prepare surfaces for high performance coatings or to treat final products to give them the luster and surface texture desired by the retail consumer.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”.

After you have spoken with the design team, and we have received your measurements, or job Specification and you are 100% Clear about what is needing to be done. Please bring your object or Materials to Us, We can arrange pickup in come situations.

Stage 3 - Finishing

Once our team of specialists are complete with your job & have carried out everything to your specification. We will finish the Painting or Coating and your object or job will be sealed and Secured on a Wooden Pallet and Delivered or Picked up at your convenience.
